We, ORGATEX GmbH & Co. KG, do not work with substances. All of our products are articles. Only the individual substances within an article can be registered under REACH, and not the articles themselves. Our products are therefore not subject to any direct registration requirement. As a developer, manufacturer and seller of organisational materials, we are classified as a downstream user according to the REACH Regulation. This means that our task mainly consists of informing our suppliers about the areas in which our products are used, and determining these areas with our customers if they are unknown. We maintain close contact with our suppliers and can assure you, according to our research, that we currently do not use any materials or substances that are not or have not been registered as per the REACH Regulation.

According to Art. 33 of the REACH Regulation, every article supplier must inform their customers of the presence of a candidate substance in a concentration of more than 0.1% (w/w). The name of the relevant substance must be provided at a minimum, along with information on safe use of the article if necessary.
